Room/Space Requests

Schedule with the scheduling coordinator within each academic unit. Instructors should contact their scheduling coordinator for room conflicts or space change requests. Ad hoc room reservations are made through Mason in Loudoun administration at 703-993-4350. - Non-academic room reservation

Classroom Support
Classroom Access
Classrooms are opened by Mason in Loudoun staff prior to scheduled class times. Faculty members who require classroom access at other times may see Mason in Loudoun staff. No key or swipe card is required.
Classroom Equipment
All classrooms are electronic and fully equipped with document cam, VCR, DVD, VHS, projector and computer, laptop connectivity, a document-stand camera and a touch-panel control device, sound systems, and a telephone and computer for instructor use. Computer classrooms are equipped with a computer at each seat, and non-computer classrooms feature wireless network connectivity.
Easels and whiteboard markers are available upon request from Mason in Loudon Administration at 703-993-4350.
IT Support
Drop In Computer Lab
Location: Room 216
Monday-Thursday:8:30am to 10:00p.m.
Friday: 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Saturday: 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
The Drop-in Computer Lab is available to all Mason faculty, staff, and students. The Computer Lab has 24 work stations equipped with PC's for preparing assignments, conducting research, and other academically-related pursuits. Lab consultants are available to provide basic help in the use of common software and printing options, and to monitor the lab to maintain a studious atmosphere.
Printers in the Computer Lab are used by swiping a Mason ID card or Cash Card. Mason Money may be added to swipe cards via Mason Money web site.

The Instructional Resource Center provides training in the use of work and instructionally related computer software programs and electronic equipment to Mason's faculty and staff. Training can be provided in the Learning Support Services (LSS) training classroom, in faculty/staff offices, or in one of the smart or electronic classrooms.

Desktop Support provides walk-in, phone, and email support for computing and telephone hardware, software, and all related peripheral equipment in administrative offices for Mason in Loudoun. Support includes assessment, repair, and installation of ITU supported standard equipment and software.
