Information Technology Services (ITS)

Classroom Support

All classrooms are electronic and fully equipped with document cam, DVD, projector and computer, laptop connectivity, touch-panel control device, sound systems, a telephone, and computer for instructor use. Computer classrooms are equipped with a computer at each seat, and non-computer classrooms feature wireless network connectivity.

Easels and whiteboard markers are available upon request from Mason in Loudon Administration at loudoun@gmu.edu or 703-993-4350.

Desktop Support

Contact the Loudoun ITS support staff at 703-993-9379 to place a work order or seek assistance with desktop software/equipment.

Videoconferencing

Videoconferencing is ideal for classes, presentations, large events, meetings, and lectures which need to connect at a distance. Mason in Loudoun has three classrooms and one conference room equipped with cameras, microphones, and Zoom/Mason Teams software.

Academic classes wishing to utilize this technology need to include it in their classroom request, through their department scheduler, to the Registrar.
