Mason ID Card – Pick up at Mason in Loudoun
- Upload your photo to the Mason Card Office.
- Once you are notified of photo approval, you can arrange to pick up your Mason ID at the Loudoun location by calling the Mason in Loudoun office (703-993-4350), or emailing loudoun@gmu.edu. Please provide your G# and your email address, and the ID card will be sent to Loudoun. You will be notified via email when the card is available for pick up at Loudoun (allow 7–10 days from the time of photo upload).
- No walk-in service available; prior arrangements must be made for IDs picked up at Loudoun.
